Account Registration

Each player may hold one account. Registration requires an accurate email address, secure password, and selection of base currency. Creating multiple accounts, registering under a false identity, or using another person's payment details constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Customer Due Diligence (KYC)

Caspero applies international Know Your Customer and Customer Due Diligence standards. Identity verification, including passport or driver's licence plus proof of address, becomes mandatory upon a withdrawal request or when cumulative transaction volume reaches AUD 5,000, whichever occurs first. Deposits

Since June, Australian law prohibits using credit cards for online gambling. Caspero supports decentralised and alternative gateways instead, including Bitcoin, USDT, Litecoin, PayID, Neosurf vouchers, MiFinity, and Revolut. Caspero reserves the right to modify available payment methods at any time.

Withdrawals

Promotional offers carry specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits, provided alongside each individual offer. Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited activities include operating multiple accounts, using bots or automated software, exploiting software errors, collusion between punters, and using the platform in connection with money laundering or financial crime. Violations result in immediate account suspension.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which Caspero holds its offshore gaming licence. Australian consumer protection law does not apply to this offshore platform.

Amendments

Caspero may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
